How to Order and Ship from Our Company

1. How to Choose Models and Place Your Order

You can choose the models that suit your needs through the following methods:

  • View Models on Our Official Website:
    Visit our official website to explore the latest designs and models available, with complete details including images, sizes, colors, and prices.

  • View PDF Files Sent via WhatsApp:
    We can send you a PDF file containing all available models, along with details and prices. Request this file through WhatsApp to check the available options.

  • Unavailable Models:
    Please note that models not listed on the website or in the PDF files are currently unavailable.

2. How to Submit Your Order

Once you have chosen the models:

  • Specify the quantities and colors according to the “Siri” system (usually 8 pieces per model in most models).
  • Specify the sizes required for each model.
  • Send us images of the models via WhatsApp to confirm your order.

Our team will then:

  • Prepare a detailed invoice.
  • Confirm the reservation of models for you.

3. Order Conditions

  • The minimum order is 6 Series (sets), with each series consisting of 8 pieces of the same model and color, typically for ages 3 to 10 years.
  • No color mixing or splitting of the series: All pieces in a series must be the same model and color.
  • If the order is less than the minimum quantity, a $20 additional fee will be charged for the entire shipment.

4. Order Confirmation and Delivery to Shipping Company

  • After confirming the order, we will prepare the goods and deliver them to the shipping company of your choice.
  • We are not responsible for the shipping process itself, but we ensure that the goods are delivered accurately and promptly to the shipping company.
  • If the shipping company imposes additional fees, these costs will be borne by the customer.

5. Payment Methods

We offer flexible payment options to suit our clients’ needs:

  1. Direct Payment to Us:
    The client can transfer the payment directly to us via bank transfer or any other agreed payment method.

  2. Payment through the Shipping Company:

    • The client can pay the shipping company for the order.
    • The shipping company will deliver the payment to us upon receiving the goods.

6. Pricing Policy

We confirm that our pricing policy is fixed and transparent, with the final price displayed for all clients. There are no hidden fees or price differences between clients.
